The Rotunda - Review - Williamstown

The Rotunda restaurant review, Williamstown, Melbourne by Howie's Melbourne Food Blog The Rotunda in Williamstown (Esplanade, Williamstown beach, Williamstown VIC 3016) is one of those classic cheesy beachside eateries.  Really, I should say old fashioned beachside eateries.

This is a perfect place to grab and inexpensive cafe styled lunch, fish and chips or coffee and cake. Its really a place about function and offering something for the family that isn't going to break the budget.  In fact the coffee and cake special is a genuine special so its worth going in if you are a bit of a sweet tooth.
Sticky date pudding
Its also a nice break if you want to get out of the wind and unwind (pun intended).  Anyway, as I've suggested go for one of the cake specials and you'll be satisfied.
Berry cheesecake
The Rotunda conforms to the classic beach feel and I like it because of this.  Its nice to come back to enjoy the basics of life and relaxation by the beach.  There's a time for fine dining and there is a time for chillin' out.
Its also nice to not be breaking the bank everytime you go out.  As such I recommend it as a perfect place to take the kids and enjoy the sun.
Cosy and nice
