Bon Ap' is a French bistro in Fitzroy (193 Brunswick St, Fitzroy VIC 3065).
There is a wide selection of French food and really you won't be found wanting. They seemingly have everything and when we were there the service was exceptional so I have no complaints.
For the place the size of Melbourne there are not that many french restaurants. When you come across one it really is quite special. Of course, being French counts for nothing if the food isn't great.
I really like Bon Ap'.
I suggest you bring a crowd of friends and really splash out. This way you can really try a lot of the food. It's not everyday you get to be a Frenchy!
While you could argue that the servings are a bit small I'd rather say they are just right. Bon Ap' has fair pricing so the servings pretty much match what you are expending.
At the end of the day, quality is the most important thing and here is where Bon Ap' shines. Everything really is great.
As you can see, we got ourselves quite the selection. We were having fun!
Just looking at the food and what we got makes me want to go back again.
So all said and done all I can say is rush out to Bon Ap' and enjoy a little French experience in Melbourne. You get to have something a bit different and your heart and taste buds will enjoy themselves.
