Altona Beach Bites - Review - 137 Esplanade, Altona

Are you willing to brave the cold and get some glorious Winter sun?  If so, pass by Altona Beach Bites (137 Esplanade, Altona, VIC 3018) and grab an ice cream or go next door and enjoy a classic Sunday fish and chips.

Altona Beach Bites is a classic beach side ice cream bar with associated fish and chip shop although they actually are separated.

This place does a roaring trade when the mercury is getting towards 40 although we all know that isn't happening anytime soon.

Altona is worth a little drive down the road if you've never been there and happen to be in Williamstown.  Its good for a stroll along the esplanade and the beach is very nice and there's also a pier to experience.
