Verge is a great restaurant at the top end of Flinders Lane. The location and view could be better but the food is excellent and is worthy of a visit if you enjoy degustation.
The only pity is that with most degustation menu's that the waiters find it such a mouthful describing each dish that they can never say it in a relaxed manner.
The presentation is excellent and I am really going to let the pictures describe the food. All that I will say is that relative to other restaurants, this degustation pretty good.
