Bar Lourinha is basically a bar setup to also cater for lunch. They might also cater for the coffee crowd but I am not quite local enough to check this out.
Bar Lourinha is a busy and attractive place. Its decor makes a statement in a good way and its place you are not likely to forget quickly. This is a good thing in this information overload age we live in.
A great thing about Bar Lourinha is that although it appears to be essentially a bar that they have a lunch menu and even better have a set menu lunch option. This is great if you don't want to break the bank but still treat yourself.
As you can see, Bar Lourinha has food that is very modern and basically looks cool on the plate. Of course image isn't everything but it does add positively to the experience.
Bar Lourinha has a selection of tapas and raciones. These are all smallish as expected but are more than satisfactory at the fair prices that are charged. All the dishes look immaculate and taste superb.
I am pretty sure Bar Lourinha would make a great place to go to after work on a Friday if you can get in! Its pretty small but then aren't all the trendy places!
Anyway, on the food front I can highly recommend Bar Lourinha. Its a perfect place for work colleagues to try something new at lunchtime. Be warned though that if you are a big eater it's probably not the place for you.
